This apartment is a single room with a Queen sized bed, a microwave, toaster, and coffee pot, and a bathroom with the charming original 1930’s touches like the newly restored hardwood floors, Art Deco style doorknob, speakeasy peek window at the front door, and the original bathroom sink with separate hot and cold water faucets! We updated the tile in the bathroom (floors and shower) but tried to keep the historic vibes! This room has a double locking doors connecting it to our other apartment, room 8, so both units can be rented together if desired! 🐾 Room is pet friendly with our pet fee and agreement to the following rules: -Pets will not be left unattended in the apartment unless secured in a crate. -Pets will not be allowed on the furniture. 🐾 Pet Policy: pets are permitted with our pet fee. Make sure your pet is accounted for in your booking details to have the fee automatically added to your total. 🚫We request that pets are not allowed on the furniture, or on our linens/towels. 🚫Pets are not to be left unattended in the unit unless they have a crate to stay in. 🅿️ Parking: Our parking lot is very tight, and first come first serve. There is also free street parking nearby if our lot is full or that is more comfortable to you.
