Private parking, a rare find in downtown Mariposa! Also, next door to an upscale steakhouse (Savoury's), vibrant wine bars and trendy boutiques! The hotel is nestled in downtown, giving a private feel, yet easy access to everything you need.

Good to know

Our beloved building is Mariposa's oldest motel, built in 1938! This means tons of charms, and a few quirks too! The original art deco doorknobs and wood floors.. they might squeak or creak to share their stories with you. If you appreciate history and a little bit of character, you'll feel right at home here. :-) The balcony, that we love and is a rare find in Mariposa, has a view of the cute downtown strip! This cozy apartment studio offers you: -WiFi throughout -Comfortable Queen sized bed -Luxurious jacuzzi bath tub -Walk in tiled shower -Flat screen TV -Amazon FireStick TV -Wet bar (This is NOT a kitchen, the wet bar includes a sink, mini fridge, wine glasses, bottle opener, and microwave) -Private Balcony with bistro seating.

Courtney was very communicative and left very clear instructions as well as made herself available in case I needed her. The apartment was well described and on point matching the description. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again in the future. I drove into the park both days and I looked forward to getting a good nights sleep each time... and the room delivered! Loved my stay while visiting to do some hiking and sightseeing in and around Yosemite! Very clean and charming building and unit. A fair bit of road noise being on the front of the building, but that’s part of the deal with the unit’s placement. The care for detail was certainly there with the complementary ear plugs on the bedside table! I really enjoyed the walkability of the town from their location with lots of good food options. I wouldn’t certainly stay again!

Like a luxury hotel suite out of the 30s or 40s, this place exudes a timeless and peaceful sense of style that feels like a secret haven just mere from the very cute downtown strip. The Jacuzzi and shower really kicked everything up a notch. The bed was also the single most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

My stay at Courtneys was absolutely wonderful! I came in with few expectations. I was mostly looking for a spot close to Yosemite. I was delighted with how nice the room was. It was very cozy and the balcony had a great view. The jacuzzi was quite the treat as well. The location was quick walking distance to a good number of shops and outstanding restaurants. Laney was extremely polite and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Overall my experience was great and I cannot recommend this place enough. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough about how accommodating the host was for this stay! my siblings & I booked this property for my parent's 50th anniversary trip to Yosemite. Our host helped to make their stay memorable by providing a charcuterie boxes for two upon their arrival. Our parents loved the location & jacuzzi tub. Mariposa is filled with history & this unit reflected the Mariposa ambiance. They enjoyed evening on the balcony above the street views of pedestrian traffic each evening. Highly recommend!!
