Good to know

Enjoy this quiet corner off of downtown Mariposa Main Street. Built in 1938, the wood floors, molding, and vintage touches invite you to reminisce with them… Stories of old times, and the many travelers who have stayed here throughout the last century. Opening its doors to tourists again for the first time in 20 years, this cozy bungalow beckons you to relax and unwind after a full day of sun burned and wind whipped adventures in Yosemite and our historic gold rush town, Mariposa.. What our cozy, boho space provides: -Free on site parking -Comfortable King sized bed with fresh, clean linens -Fully stocked Kitchen -Living Room FireStick TV and streaming apps -Full Handicap accessible bathroom -A sleeper sofa that's actually comfortable! -Literally right next door to one of the best restaurants in town! -Only steps away from coffee shops, dining, pubs, and our best downtown shops! Please note- there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room area, and when we pulled up the carpet to refinish the 1930’s hardwood floors, it left a small gap where the moulding does not meet the floor. 🐾 Pet friendly with our pet fee and agreement to the following rules: -Pets will not be left unattended in the apartment unless contained in a crate. -Pets will not be allowed on the furniture. Thank you for your understanding!

Other Details to Note

🐾 Pet Policy: pets are permitted with our pet fee. Make sure your pet is accounted for in your booking details to have the fee automatically added to your total. 🚫We request that pets are not allowed on the furniture, or on our linens/towels. 🚫Pets are not to be left unattended in the unit unless they have a crate to stay in. Our parking lot is very tight, but there is street parking nearby if that is more comfortable to you.

Laney was absolutely the best, very proactive, responsive and lovely to correspond with. The place was cute, squeaky clean, and very central, walking distance to restaurants and gift shops, one hour drive to Yosemite Village. Excellent stay, highly recommend it!

This bungalow was just what we needed for a few days in the middle of our trip to Yosemite. We enjoyed exploring Mariposa and eating at the local restaurants, visiting the museum and shops. Courtney and Laney gave lots of good suggestions of what to see and do while in town. The bungalow had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, awesome bathroom and well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming little bungalow in Mariposa. The location is terrific near shops and literally steps away from several good restaurants. The space was spotless and everything was in good working order. The bed was heavenly! It is one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on in a B&B or hotel. It is sturdy, not creaky, and quite firm yet also a bit cushy. After a day at Yosemite it was a great bed and space to come back to relax and sleep well! Courtney provides very helpful and detailed information. We didn't need to reach out to her during our stay, but we felt that we could have. We plan to stay there again in the future and really appreciate the fine hospitality.
