1 hour drive into Yosemite Valley and only steps from the historic downtown strip of our old mining town, Mariposa, this newly remodeled 1938 motel room has everything you need to start your adventures off right! Enjoy the 5- star mattress for an amazing nights sleep, luxurious bathroom with rainfall shower and bidet, and convenient wet bar with microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee pot & dishes! Our building is the oldest motel in town, originally hosting tourists in the late 1930’s!

If I could give Courtney and Laney 10 starts I would. Stayed for a total of 4 nights and was about an hour drive to Yosemite. What a dream to stay at! Laney was so responsive and accommodating, thank you for the perfect stay. My wife and I will be back (hopefully next year!) I recommend staying here! Everything was amazing! Courtney and Laney, thank you again! Our trip was perfect!

We had a lovely stay in our room at the Tourist Homes hotel. Its proximity to shops and restaurants can’t be beat and our room was nicely appointed, clean and included thoughtful touches. We would highly recommend staying here if you’d like to be in close proximity to the center of town.

Loved our stay here! Listing is as described. You will have a little bit of a drive if you’re visiting Yosemite (about an hour & 15 mins to the valley area, but 40ish to actual entrances).
We loved the area though and the rental is very walkable around the town of Mariposa!
