Our beloved building was built in 1938 and was Mariposa's very first motel! Today it holds touches of it's vintage charm, but its been updated to comfortably host our guests in the four separate suites/studios. Be sure to ask if you are wanting to book a second room in this same building. This cozy downtown studio includes: -WiFi Throughout -Full Kitchen -Comfortable King sized bed -Private Bathroom -Flat Screen TV -FREE on-site parking (limit one car) -Perfect quiet, but convenient location only steps away from fabulous restaurants and shops.

Absolutely perfect AirBnb in the heart of Mariposa for a 2 night stay. We wanted something right in the middle of town so we could walk to every meal, shop, and be able to drink downtown without worrying about having to drive. the hosts were amazing, the instructions were super detailed & clear, and check in, check out, and overall stay was a breeze. you can tell they have this down to a science. it is an older building so if you are really sensitive to older buildings i would maybe be cautious, but i usually am, and it didn't bother me at all. it is beautifully renovated & so cute! we loved the personal touches like local art for sale in the kitchen, and info pamplets about everything to do in Mariposa. also the wall AC unit is a huge plus because it cools the room in a matter of minutes, there is also overhead fan which i love when sleeping. over all great stay thank you courtney, i hope to be back soon!

Courtney’s place was perfect! We plan we a few days in the area so we could visit Yosemite National Park. We had a beautiful drive to the park each day. Our room was beautiful, clean, and smelled good. The bed was comfortable and we were close to restaurants. We had everything we needed! Courtney was a responsive host and provided a great place for us to stay. I’d highly recommend her place to others!

We loved the apartment. It was much larger than expected with a full kitchen. Many restaurants within walking distance. We drove into Yosemite each day. It was about an hour drive, but totally doable. Their local museum is outstanding!
