Our beloved building was built in 1938 and was Mariposa's very first motel! Today it holds touches of it's vintage charm, but its been updated to comfortably host our guests in the four separate suites/studios. Be sure to ask if you are wanting to book a second room in this same building. This cozy downtown studio includes: -WiFi Throughout -Full Kitchen -Comfortable King sized bed -Private Bathroom -Flat Screen TV -FREE on-site parking (limit one car) -Perfect quiet, but convenient location only steps away from fabulous restaurants and shops.

Courtney’s assistant Laney communicated well and made us feel welcome through her messages. We loved the location near the local shops and restaurants. The parking space was appreciated. We also were pleasantly surprised to see that the home had logged-in streaming services for guests to watch movies. The only drawback is that the shower had low water pressure. After a long day hiking in Yosemite, I would have liked to spray off the sweat instead of dripping water on it. Overall, everything else was great and we enjoyed our trip.

The apartment is cozy, and well organized. Tiny, but clean. There is a parking, a little bit inconvenient to exit. Coffee was delicious, big bonus - is fully stocked kitchen. The AC was a bit noisy. But overall we were satisfied, highly recommend

Very clean and stylish place to stay. The bed was also big and comfy. Lots of choices for teas and coffees and every kitchen tool we could possibly need. Hosts were also very responsive and flexible at check-in. Parking was easy and convenient. Mariposa has lots of good food options at a walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was perfect for our visit to Yosemite National Park and surrounding areas. It was about a 45-min drive into the park which was great. Thank you!
