This is one apartment in ten unit building, all of which are listed on Airbnb. This unit is located upstairs, in the middle of the building, and shares two walls. This cozy downtown studio includes: -WiFi Throughout -Full Kitchen -Comfortable King sized bed -Private Bathroom -Flat Screen TV with streaming apps (no cable) -FREE on-site parking (limit one car), and free nearby street parking -Perfect quiet, but convenient location only steps away from fabulous restaurants and shops.

We had a last minute cancellation with Yosemite reservations due to the storm so we decided to do the next best thing and stay in Mariposa while we crossed our fingers the park would open during our stay. What we thought was a disappointment turned out to be a fantastic turn of events. Courtney accommodated an early check in and was extremely responsive with our questions. The Airbnb was cute, clean and comfortable and in a fantastic location to explore downtown Mariposa. We explored the shops and spent the evening at the Alley, playing games, had a few beers/ cider; crossed the street at the end of the night and were back at the Airbnb. The next day, the park opened and we spent the day in Yosemite. It was a relatively short and easy drive back to Courtney’s and it was so nice to fall into a cozy bed and watch a movie after a long hiking day. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make breakfast and dinner and the toiletries were an added luxury. We will back again!

A beautiful place in an old building but the place was fabulous with everything you need to cook and stay. Complimentary coffee, tea and cookies. One of the best places I’ve stayed at with Airbnb.

This is the perfect place right downtown mariposa! You can walk to everything you need from here. My gf and i needed kitchen so this spot was perfect! It was quiet, clean and comfortable. And the host are amazing or and very responsive and friendly!!

I stayed here twice and had an awesome stress-free stay both times. Easy self check-in, great location in downtown next to restaurants and grocery store. Apartment was clean and well-equipped, great bed and shower. Also quiet and calm at night. Laney was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Totally recommend!

Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage bei Courtney in der Unterkunft und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. :) Laney hat uns alles super erklärt, so dass keine Fragen offen blieben. Die Küche und das Bad waren super ausgestattet. Und mittels Auto konnte man alle Trails leicht erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Große Herzensempfehlung! Und auch ganz große Empfehlung das Frühstück im Happy Goat nebenan :)

This is a great place and perfect for trips to Yosemite! Kitchen and big bathroom make you feel at home, check in with automatic door code worked perfectly, communication was quick and friendly, everything was clean and the place also just looks really cute :) 100% recommend

We had a great stay! The place is conveniently located next to the main road, across from a gas station, and near a supermarket. Check-in was smooth and we found ourselves relaxing in no time. The kitchen had everything we needed, the room came with Netflix, and there was even a white noise sound device that helped us sleep so peacefully. Special shout-out to Laney, who was so thorough and enthusiastic all throughout our stay! I recommend this place if you’re planning to explore Yosemite.
