Private parking, a rare find in downtown Mariposa! Also, next door to an upscale steakhouse (Savoury's), vibrant wine bars and trendy boutiques! The hotel is nestled in downtown, giving a private feel, yet easy access to everything you need.

Good to know

Our beloved building is Mariposa's oldest motel, built in 1938! This means tons of charms, and a few quirks too! The original art deco doorknobs and wood floors.. they might squeak or creak to share their stories with you. If you appreciate history and a little bit of character, you'll feel right at home here. :-) The balcony, that we love and is a rare find in Mariposa, has a view of the cute downtown strip! This cozy apartment studio offers you: -WiFi throughout -Comfortable Queen sized bed -Luxurious jacuzzi bath tub -Walk in tiled shower -Flat screen TV -Amazon FireStick TV -Wet bar (This is NOT a kitchen, the wet bar includes a sink, mini fridge, wine glasses, bottle opener, and microwave) -Private Balcony with bistro seating.

Do you enjoy gourmet chocolates? Take a moment to chat Mirriam, a local shipowner, of 60 (maybe 70!) years! Mirriam is our resident greeter and lives onsite next door to her shop. Don't miss out on her sweet treats!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Es bietet genügend Platz und das Bett ist seht bequem. Falls man ein Anliegen hatte, konnte man sich melden und bekam schnell eine Antwort. Fazit: empfehlenswert!

While our stay was only for a couple days, the space was absolutely perfect! Laney, the co-host, was so very helpful when we needed to adjust our plans a bit and stay an extra day, leaving us feeling comfortable and able to relax! I ended up leaving an item behind when we checked out, and Laney graciously set it aside for us to pick up when we came back through town after visiting Yosemite several days later. The space itself was just what my husband and I needed, and we loved the cool balcony and historical aspects of the apartment as well!! We’re from North Carolina, so I’m not sure when we’ll be back this way, but if we’re ever nearby Mariposa, this is where we’d stay!

A beautiful stay for visiting Yosemite and the surrounding areas! The apartment has a super comfortable bed, all the basic kitchen supplies you could need, a great large patio, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. Would highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Courtney’s place and we loved it! This place is central to lots of restaurants and bars in Mariposa. It was nice being able to step outside and be steps away from dining options. Courtney’s has lots of amenities and is the perfect space for a couple. Bathroom is beautiful, large shower and the jetted tub was a plus. The living room made us feel cozy and right at home. I would definitely recommend Courtney’s if you’re planning your stay in Mariposa.

My daughter and I literally just slept in the suite, arriving very late at nights and leaving early in the mornings. Parking and self check in were easy, the suite was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities listed were there. Communication with the host was amazing. We really wish we'll be able to come back to this great place in what seems to be a lovely town.
